Chris Soldo had worked in the food and beverage industry since the early 80’s so when he started his own catering business in 2004, he had a ton of experience already under his belt and knew what he wanted to do with it. He wanted to give his customers the most stress-free experience when it came to catering an event large or small, and he became known across the Mississippi Gulf Coast for catering all types of events, from corporate, weddings, private parties and cocktail parties. You name it, Chris did it when it came to catering job of all kinds and sizes, and he did not disappoint because it just wasn’t in his nature. Today, Chris’ son, Stephen, carries on that gold standard his father set for this business, except Stephen has found that he really has a passion for creating that same stress-free environment for his clients in the wedding setting of the catering world. Stephen shows that same great attention to detail and also just fully enjoys seeing through the entire experience with his clients from start to finish, seeing it through the entire process.
